About Forkin Property

Matt began practicing as an estate agent in 2006 and founded Forkin Estates in 2008. He specialises in new home sales, residential sales, commercial sales and lettings, property valuation, and development consultation. Matt is an associate member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is a RICS Redbook Registered Valuer.

Outside of work Matt is heavily involved with Wicklow Town & District Chamber of Commerce and was Chamber President from 2020 – 2022. He is an active member of Blainroe Golf Club and enjoys the gym and walking his two dogs.

As Senior Negotiator Warren looks after both residential and commercial property and has a strong understanding of the local market.

Warren also has a wealth of knowledge on the new homes developments at Tinakilly Park & Mariner's Point.

Having completed his degree in Auctioneering, Valuation & Estate Agency from TU Dublin, Warren began working with Forkin Property (formerly REA Forkin).

Whether it is residential or commercial, new home or second hand, the biggest purchase or sale in a person's life is property and it can be quite daunting at times. Warren prides himself in being able to help every step of the way. One of his favourite things about the job is handing the keys over to a happy new homeowner.

Away from the office Warren is very much a sports fan. He plays Hurling for Glenealy & Gaelic Football for Rathnew. Warren loves hopping on a plane and going travelling with his partner Sarah.

Gavin began his property career in 2011 after moving to London and joining Savills UK. Over the next decade, he successfully advised clients on the sale of a wide range of residential properties across the city, gaining invaluable experience in diverse markets and building a strong network of contacts.

In 2022, Gavin returned to Ireland and joined Savills Ireland, where he continued his work advising on the sale of both country and residential homes. He also played a key role in enhancing collaboration between the residential and new homes departments. In June 2024, Gavin moved back home to Wicklow to join Matt and the team at Forkin Property where he now leads the residential sales team. Outside of work, Gavin loves spending time with his wife, toddler, and dog, as well as fishing, cooking, and watching sports.

As an associate at Forkin Property, Evie supports her colleagues in the sales of new homes, residential and commercial properties. She is currently completing her second and final year of her apprenticeship with Ballsbridge College of Further Education in Auctioneering & Property Services. Evie has a strong interest in the residential property market.

She loves meeting new people and helping them in any way she can whether it be to sell or purchase a property.

Outside of work Evie enjoys the gym and going for walks with her family and friends around the beautiful Garden County.

Having recently joined Forkin Property, Meg brings with her a wealth of experience in office management and procedures. She coordinates the daily operational tasks here at Forkin Property and is the first point of contact for our clients.

Meg's natural empathy, courtesy and always polite manner ensures that our clients are reassured from the beginning of the process to the very end.

Outside of work Meg is an avid reader and enjoys swimming and pilates.

Conor is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and completed his training with Grant Thornton. Here he specialised in audit but also had roles in their Taxation & Recovery departments. Before joining Forkin Property Conor has held financial managerial roles in numerous industries including construction, property management & event management.

Away the office, Conor was the Chairman of Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann's Wicklow Town branch from 2020 - 2022.

Conor is a keen golfer and is a member of both Wicklow & Blainroe Golf Clubs.
